Before stopping at this roadside stop, as well as the
spring out of the side of the hill. We, also, stopped at
a Amish community and bought some swiss cheese and bread!
The Amish person who cut the bread, cut the slices very thick!
Our sandwiches were quite big to eat! We, also, has something
to drink! Perhaps, it was the spring water! I, Robert, also
recall the mountain water tasted great, the roadside park, though,
from the pump, had the iron taste in it!
The roadside park still exists today!
Robert's last visit was in 1997, also, with his mother Dorothy
McKelvey, and his grandmother, Delphia Croskey Lorson Hughes!
