My grandfather still owned this house
even though he lived in the trailer.
Therefore, the house was rented out to tenants!

Also, notice the room enclosure on the south of the porch!
When we came up to visit in July 1963, we (my dad) helped him
add a bathroom, to his home, as he had helped us add an indoor bathroom
to our wood frame home (the larger house), in Florida!
His wood frame home in Ohio, also, had an outhouse just as our
wood frame home did, also, in Florida which we had to utilize before 1963!
Although, his bathroom was just a sink and bathtub facility!
The Outhouse was still used for the other purpose!
Our Florida home bathroom was complete with sink, comode,
and bathtub! He continued to use the outhouse, until 1964, until he remarried,
and bought the trailer! Of course, he later divorced Ruth Flanagan, for
irreconcilable differences!
